Welcome to www.ReactionRadio.net!

My name is Michael Collins.  I own the site as well as host the podcast.

Basically,  Reaction Radio is a sattilite news service with a twist…

Reaction Radio is all about YOUR REACTION to whats going on in YOUR WORLD. We allow you three ways to comment on any story you read on the site.  If you have a webcam click on the leave webcam comment link at the bottom of any story and record your comment,  if you don’t have a webcam or your having a bad hair day,  thats alright because we still wanna hear you,  litterally!  Those of you who wish to leave an audio comment.  If you prefer the old fashioned method of writing your response out thats fine too,  or better yet click on chat and take part in the live blog,  it doesn’t matter if nobody is in the room when you type,  they will see it when they get there.

In addition to the news service ReactionRadio.net is also home to The Reaction Radio Podcast.  For now the episodes are mainly just me sitting around talking to my buddy Joe but as your comments start coming in the shows will focus around the stories you are interested in and feature your best comments to the most popular stories.  As far as my own political opinions go the picture above is the best way of describing what I’m all about,  I guess I’m probally a liberal but if so I’m definitely not a good one… I feel like I have this conservative devil on one shoulder convincing me to believe in some pretty conservative viewpoints. For starters, we need a solution to illegal immigration. Also, I support gun rights and to go further I believe the best way to resolve gun violence would be for more responsible Americans to arm themselves.  Then there is the liberal angel on the other shoulder,  convincing me that universal health care is a pretty good idea and gay marriage should be legal on a federal level.   So if that sounds interesting and you wanna hear more about where I stand check out the podcast.
